This facility consists of a two operating room ambulatory surgery center on the lower level and the practice, x-ray and business office on the upper level. Because of the severely sloping site, we were able to design an “over-under” building with at grade access for both floors. The practice area was designed to accommodate eight physicians practicing at once. This building is located immediately adjacent to Arkansas Otolaryngology Center.
